Hello,

I am not new to construction or rehab however I am new to making money doing it. Also new to flipping houses in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. We are currently trying to secure our first fix/flip and keep coming up short on the buzzer unfortunately. Hoping to learn from others that have had success in the Indy area. Also looking for reputable crews that are not just going to slap work together but take pride in the job. 

I am new to RE investing and have been doing my research for the past few month, been in the Indy area for 15 years now but not super familiar with what areas are profitable. My goals are to do at minimum 2 fix/flips and use that profit to acquire a multi-family unit. If you are in the area and have any advice or think you could be of some help I would appreciate the opportunity to connect.
