Hello Investors,

My name is Brandon Dukes and I have been in real estate since 2019. I have done some wholesale transactions and joint venture transactions. I have started a real estate business with my partner called Intentional Home Offer Solutions. I want to buy fix and flips but I also specialize in buying properties with creative finance. We enjoy working with seller that do not have any equity.
