Hello everyone, new guy here. Based in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula and planning to invest here.
I currently have one rental that I fell into it to be honest. For several years i took care of my elderly neighbors lawn care for free, because it only took an extra 20 minutes and I could. Eventually one passed away and the other had to move into assisted living.
The family in the process of liquidating the assets, allowed me the chance to purchase it first. I did it and have been successfully renting for two years.
Looking to learn all I can and continue to add doors, in an effort to be more financially free down the road, and less dependent on a w-2 job. Mostly interested in single family residentials for rent, or BNB if the location is right.
Thanks,
Mike
