My name is Hoang Nguyen, I dont know If I should call myself a real estate investor yet. 

My goal here is to be better at real estate investing. I have been listening to BP podcast and its YouTube channel for about 3 months now.

I have one long term rental property with $350 cash flow per month with $50 set aside for future maintenance cost. 

We bought our second home using VA loan with zero down payment. Our family live on the main level and we Airbnb our 2 extra rooms to help reduce our monthly mortgage.
