Just wanted to introduce myself to all the members of BP. I've been lurking BP as a guest for a while and I have been reading as much as I could on Real Estate investing. I haven't purchased my first property yet but I hope to do so in the near future. For now I'm focusing on educating myself as much as possible on all aspects of Real Estate.
