New member with existing properties and financing connections
Hello everyone! I am a new member to the BiggerPockets website but I have been investing in real estate for some time and I'm addicted to reading/listening to books recommended by the site. I own 6 investment properties ranging from single family to condos and I am moving into some commercial as we speak. I also have access to private and hard money from a variety of private lenders which I use. Looking forward to connecting and if anyone is looking for financing, just reach out and I will see if I can help. I'm currently seeing up to 90% of purchase price + 100% of reno costs for experienced investors on fix and flip single family and 80% + 100% reno on multi-family. I'm focused on long term rentals myself but have friends doing lots of fix and flips.
Thanks!
Jason

Hi Jason, welcome to the forums!
Sounds like you've got hard money on lock. Curious if you work with any DSCR lenders?
