Hi just signed on today....and looking forward to expanding my knowledge base and involvement in the industry. I am a rental owner an enjoy that but also want to get into real estate on a full time basis. Any words of wisdom for a newbie ? Get my real estate license to gain the experience ? Flipping do's and dont's ? Etc, etc. Thanks in advance. Kevin
