@Francisco Perez I have not actively invested in that market. Are you actively looking to acquire this year?

I've got a lead but don't live down there - I do most of my deals in the Chicago area. If you invest in this area please contact me and we can discuss how we can split this deal.

Thanks,

Brian

Sorry if I didn't respond directly to you but this post really gained some traction and had a ton of replies that I just couldn't keep up with.

Everyone, feel free to connect and reach out to me for anything you might need in the real estate industry. Always here to help other investors as much as I can.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and let's all make 2019 our best year yet - cheers!

Good for you! I manage 700+ units in Baltimore and it's a real nightmare. Making a decent return but not sure if it's worth all the headache the city gives you...

Good luck getting out there taking action! One of the hardest part for newbies.

1. Build passive cash flow to 10k/month

2. Increase networth by 50%

3. Sell house in Burbank with seller financing

A couple of my non-real estate goals that go along with financial goals are to:

1. Expand my financial coaching and leadership company to Costa Rica and travel back and forth regularly.

2. Share a free app that gives people discounts at 70k plus merchants throughout the United States that also gives people rebates in crypto currency that they can use as currency immediately at any of the merchants. My goal is to get this app to 100,000 people.

Sounds like you're killing it! That app sounds pretty sweet. Best of luck to you this year!

Good luck to you! How's the living and flipping going? That's how I started out too, so want to hear your thoughts.
