First Post, excited to join BP
Excited to join BP! Currently have one investment property in Denver and also run an airbnb in my primary residence. Likely to continue to invest in CO but eventually would like to expand to new markets. Excited to continue to learn more about the platform and the industry

Hey @Tanner Krall! Welcome to the community, and sounds like you've already got a few properties under your belt. What are your goals to continue expanding your portfolio? The easiest and most approachable strategy would be to continue your house hack journey and get a new primary, when you've reached 10 months in your current primary, and just rinse and repeat the STR strategy.

@Tanner Pile- had a great run but temporarily shutting it down for some reno in our portion of the house, but overall has been awesome, i dont need to tell you but 10/10 would recommend
