A Little About Me: I'm a 27-year-old dad based in Silverton, OR (30 minutes East of Salem), and I'm motivated to give my son and wife the best possible life. With family as my driving force, I'm determined to make wise investments and take massive action in the real estate world. I have a background in computer science and holistic health, but I’ve always been exposed to Real Estate through my family. I’m finishing up my first solo venture which is a fix n’ flip in Salem. I'm hoping to explore new opportunities and build lasting connections.

My Goals: My primary goal here is to network, learn, and collaborate with like-minded individuals who share a passion for real estate. Whether you're a seasoned investor, a skilled contractor, or a knowledgeable real estate agent, I believe we can achieve great things by working together. Other than that, my goals are to build a self-sustaining wholesale machine, grow a rental portfolio, and do som more fix n’ flips!

How I Can Contribute: I'm always open to learning and sharing knowledge. I believe in the power of a strong network and am dedicated to helping others achieve their real estate goals. There is a good REIA group in Corvallis that would be a great place to meet others, build your network, and build your skills. I'll send over info when I can find it.

The flip is going great. I’ve dedicated myself to do a lot of the manual labor myself, so it’s been a huge learning experience. I’ve made some costly mistakes but I’ll still make it out in the green. I’m hoping to do more deals and less labor after this one.

 Welcome! I'm right next door in Idaho. 

Reading your plans- the best advice I can give you is to keep any property that you can afford to keep. I can't tell you how many investors I talk to who's biggest regret is selling off a bunch of their flips that they could have BRRRRd, plus, keeping those properties will offset your tax liabilities.
