 Welcome, Alec! I'm excited that you're taking your first steps and already have your first deal going. 

There is a good REIA group in Corvallis that would be a great place to meet others, build your network, and build your skills. I'll send over info when I can find it.

The flip is going great. I’ve dedicated myself to do a lot of the manual labor myself, so it’s been a huge learning experience. I’ve made some costly mistakes but I’ll still make it out in the green. I’m hoping to do more deals and less labor after this one.
