Introducing Myself
BP community. I have been on the site for a few months and figured it was time to actually introduce myself. My name is Dusty and I am a soon to be investor in my late 20's living in San Franciso.
I plan to focus on long term multi-family units, primarily in Reno, NV (where I went to college). My goal is to be able to have enough cash-flow in 20 years so that I can retire. Adopting an acronym from Jason Hull's podcast I want/will reach PIRE (Passive Income Retire Early).
I am looking forward to learning more and getting to know people on the site. If you are an investor in Reno or SF, please reach out to me. I would love to network.
