Hello all! First time posting here but I've actually been a member since 2015.  Wish I started in real estate way back  then!

Thinking about starting off with some flips in the beginning but I would like to get some rentals as well.  

My wife and I have some debts we see trying to pay off currently.  Medical, student loans, etc.....  I doubt we will be able to invest this year, but I wanted to stop by and say hello, and I'm here to learn!
