Flips are just particularly high risk right now.

I'm not dead set on flipping.  Mostly going to be soaking up everything I can this coming year.

Unfortunately, I don't think that's going to be an option.  With 3 kids and and 2 in school, we don't want to uproot them.  Long term rentals is ultimately the end goal.  

I kick myself all the time for not getting serious back when I first joined up and when I was single and had cash! Oh well, such is life I suppose.

Hello all! First time posting here but I've actually been a member since 2015.  Wish I started in real estate way back  then!


Thinking about starting off with some flips in the beginning but I would like to get some rentals as well.  

My wife and I have some debts we see trying to pay off currently.  Medical, student loans, etc.....  I doubt we will be able to invest this year, but I wanted to stop by and say hello, and I'm here to learn!
