Hi all, I am new to BiggerPockets and am just getting started!  I use to own a few investment properties but got rid of them for various reasons.  Looking to get a few more and am still uncertain on the exact strategy I want.  I have always leaned toward LTR but some of these other options weren't around when I had my previous properties so I will be looking into them.  I also will be looking to work within some creative finance strategies like seller finance since I am not completely loaded with cash! :P
