Wholesale in Maryland

Karina Gomes
Posted

Hi everyone, I am new to the area (former FL flipper).  Really interested in wholesaling in the Maryland area outside DC. a bit confused about court records and if we can check online where a pre-foreclosure case stands.  In Miami-Dade it was pretty straightforward if you had the case number. not much luck finding that kind of info here.  Any suggestions?

Hello Karina,

In general you can't advertise to preforeclosure leads in Maryland. Here's an older thread on the subject, I don't believe anything has changed since then. Some quick googling turned up a copy of the law if you care to read it.

Because it's useful to know this anyway, to answer the question of where can you look up public court records online in Maryland, you can do so here.
