New member but not new to investing

My name is Bill. My brother and I have been investing in Hampton Roads for more than 10 years. We own and operate a flipping company and do about 30 houses per year. I am the contractor and my brother is the agent. We have a great reputation as a quality company amongst our peers and clients. We also own a rental company with multiple properties which we also manage. We have a great deal of equity and cash flow within those properties.
