The best way to use Bigger Pockets

I am a little new to the form but wanted to know the best way to communicate with everyone. Should I scroll through forms and blogs, ask questions and give feed back. Or should I write a few blogs? II fell like I have some good real estate advise but I don't want to write a blog that rambles on. I guess I am wondering the best way to be an asset to this community.

If I chose to write blogs here are some of the topics I think I would be an asset to.

1. How to work with wholesaler's

2.. Dirty tricks that wholesaler's use that you don't even know about

3. The truth about managing contractors

4. Negotiate everything.

5. Extracting hot points from sellers

6. Why sellers say they are glad to work with us even if our offer is lower

I am sure I have more things to blog about. I think about this stuff a lot and wonder how many people know the answers to these blogs.

Any Advise would be great. Thanks
