Hello! My name's Dylan Koons, and I'm an 18 year old rising freshman at Florida State University in the Real Estate major. I'm currently working on getting my Florida brokers license. My goal is to work part time as an agent and wholesaler to build up capital and start investing asap! Any advice is more than welcome.
