I just got licensed in Florida and will be licensed in NC within the next couple of weeks. I'm a freshman at FSU, and will be working with a Keller Williams group this summer while I'm home in Raleigh, NC. As a brand new agent, what would you recommend I focus on, especially when it comes to lead gen. Thanks

Great job! You have to be a real estate agent for a minimum of 2 years AND for those 2 years you need to work for a licensed broker, after that you can become a broker. Let me know if you have any questions.

Right! Wrong terminology on my part. And thank you for the advice, I'm sure I'll have tons of questions once I pass my exam and get with a brokerage.

Hello! My name's Dylan Koons, and I'm an 18 year old rising freshman at Florida State University in the Real Estate major. I'm currently working on getting my Florida brokers license. My goal is to work part time as an agent and wholesaler to build up capital and start investing asap! Any advice is more than welcome.
