My name is William Schuster, I'm a current full-time student looking to learn more about what getting into real estate can offer me. I'm not looking for a miracle, rather knowledge that I can apply to better my future. I've looked into a couple of "guru" programs but what they're asking price wise is a little out of a college student's budget.

More than anything, I don't want a handout. All I really want is a hand up. I worked in construction, from a general laborer to an apprenticeship in HVAC. I've worked for plumbers, pipeliners, carpenters and a brief foray into framing. I know what a hard day's work is and I'm not scared to put in a 14 hour day or more.

I made some bad decisions and made some good ones as well. Unfortunately, most people I meet get stuck on the stupid things I've done. After a couple terms of a 4.0 GPA I finally made it into the President's List at the college. If all goes well, this term should end up the 3rd in a row.

Anyhow, I'm excited to peruse these forums and learn all that I can. I haven't had much chance to get on here as much as I'd like, but I can already tell what a wealth of knowledge exists on these pages. I'm still not too sure which aspect I'd like to focus on, but I'm leaning towards wholesaling, flipping, or rentals.

Good luck to all who've read this and have a great day as well.
