Hello BiggerPockets community!

I'm all about financial independence which has led me to learn about real estate over the past year from a variety of sources from BiggerPockets books, podcasts, along with stories from my dad about his father's time in real estate. The idea of house hacking has seemed the most exciting to me as it would allow me to actively manage potential problems on the property and live rent free. I'm unsure I'll be able to jump into real estate immediately since I still have one year left of college in Athens OH. Hopefully though I can get started as soon as possible either by partnering or exploring different approaches. If not, I can always use my time here to form new connections and learn.

Glad to be here!

Brian Richter
