Hello,

My names Christopher Karras, I'm new at this ive never had any experience in real estate but have been on this site pretty much non stop for a little over a month and just signed up, never even really been part of any fourms so this is really new to me. Anyways I'm 22 and recently got out of college. My day job is a marine mechanic but am looking to get into real estate. I am mainly looking at buying and holding small multifamily properties and am really looking forward to talking with everyone and learning as much as possible.
