I totally in stand where you are coming from. Here in SoCal I clean and restore carpet for property managers all the time with occupying tenants. The main goal is for me to leave the residents after the job is completed with the tenants understanding that their carpet does not need to be replaced unless it is falling apart. Repairman have to be careful what they say to residents because they will take everything with a grain of salt.

Tomorrow is the monthly SDCIA meeting. Might be advantageous to attend.

6pm @ the Scottish Rite Center, see you there. Thanks!

I hope you made it, that was a fantastic speaker last night. Especially for a new investor.

I couldn't make it but my wife went in my place, she was really excited about the event and wished I could have made it. Thank you again for the info.

Thank you Karen for the welcoming message, when I do intend to advertise I will definitely sign up. Right now I want to learn the necessary steps to becoming a commercial real estate owner.

Hey Tim thanks for the heads up about the meeting, I am registering on the forum as we speak. Is the meeting invitation only?

Ladies/Gentlemen

Behold, a service industry professional has infiltrated your mighty forum of some of the best property investors in the country. I know this by reading just a few post by members on this site and I am glad to be apart of it.

I am not on here to solicit, market or saturate your threads with "HIRE ME!" type post about my cleaning company. I want to know for my own personal education on how to best deal with property managers, landlords and owners. I believe that if we understand each others industry from both points of view, relationships can be strengthened. Nice to meet you all and thanks!
