Hey everyone!! My name is Christina Leavenworth and I have been investing for 7 years, we have 19 properties. We have been in the buy and hold game. At one point we had 8 STR's that we self managed but now only have 3. We either sold the rest or converted them to mid to long term rentals. I have an awesome list of amazing and AFFORDABLE/RELIABLE contractors, handymen, etc. I'm happy to share everything I have learned, so please reach out anytime. I run a real estate team and believe it or not, most of our deals we found right in the MLS. I often host investment seminars, so I'll post our next one here. I got into the house hacking game when my husband and I first got together and we rented out ONE room to THREE students (they wanted low rent and we said yes to it) and it almost covered our mortgage.
