Hello Fellow BP Members,

I'm posting here to say hello and introduce myself to the community. Feel free to ask me anything.

My name is Matt McWilliam.
I currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from Ohio - Go Bucks!
In my free time I like the outdoors, water sports, off-roading, golfing, and traveling.
My day-to-day typically revolves around software design and development, working with customers and clients, and of course, researching everything and anything real estate related.

I've been a lurking Pro member since 2017!

As the title states, I currently own and am the sole founder of a property management software platform called Rent Merchant (https://www.rentmerchant.com). I came up with the idea for the platform while studying Business in college at Kent State University back in 2006 and eventually founded the business in 2009. It's taken me many years to learn, grow, and adapt to what it has become today and I'm still learning and trying to grow daily. I'm really excited to introduce Rent Merchant to the BP community too, but admittedly a little nervous.

From posting here, I hope to gain some connections, make meaningful friendships, and most of all, offer value back to the BP community any way that I can.
