Hello! I am a want to be REI! I'm excited to get started and have a goal to get a property by August of this year using creative finance. My niece is looking for a new rental to live in and that is my motivation.

I’m signing up for the creative Bootcamp in June. I’ve been following Pace Morby and Bigger Pockets for a while now. I’m ready to take action. 

Are there any people in here in my area? Bettendorf, Moline, Davenport-Quad City Area? I would love to meet up and connect with people looking to do the same thing I am.
