I’m a 30 yo pharmacist male born and raised in El Paso, TX. I’m in the early stages of real estate investing. I just started reading popular books on rental property investing and getting excited to start! I’m looking forward to learning more and jumping in with my first property in most likely another year. Would greatly appreciate any pointers or tips!
