Hi, My name is Carlos Ortiz

Im a new member to BP, and would like to give a brief description of myself. Im currently working full time, just graduated from Everest Institute in October of 2013 and earned my Business Administration degree. Im from Rochester,NY and if there are any BP member from Rochester HELLO to you guys, in addition to that it would be awesome to NETWORK with you guys. I admire those that have been in the field for many years and if you can find ever some time to tag a Rookie along in a Project would be more than welcome to give up my free time to come along. Ive been really interested in learning more about REAL ESTATE for about 3 years now but with all the clutterness i had, i never had the time to expand my knowledge. Ill be WORKING IN WHOLESALING PROPERTIES UNTIL I CREATE ENOUGH TO EXPAND. So now i would like to wish you guys a happy new year and that all of your goal be met this year.
