I understand the concept of seller financing, but I need help with the numbers? So if there's anyone can draw up an example or a link they can refer me to that shows an example that's does that it would be really helpful. Thanks PB members.

I know this is off topic but my Wife is trying to start a bar. Now we need some help with negotiating a deal with the property owner. What kind of clauses and loop holes shes should look out for. If any one has had any experience or friends in the commercial real estate business that can give us some advice we would gladly appreciate it.
