Long Time Lurker, First Time Poster from Charlotte

Hey there BP!

After years of quietly lurking, I've decided it's time to make my first post. My name is Jon Kruse, and I've been a member of BiggerPockets since 2014. I'm excited to finally become an active member of this forum and connect with other investors, share some knowledge, and get some valuable feedback from the community.

I used to live in South Florida, but about a year ago, I decided to shake things up and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. While I know both areas pretty well, I've found the real estate markets in both to be a bit pricey, so I've started to branch out and explore other markets.

Right now, I'm focused on multifamily residential properties, with a sweet spot of 5-20 units, although I'm always open to considering 2-4 units if there's a good value-add opportunity.

I'm looking forward to finally being an active member of this community of like-minded individuals. I'm hoping to engage in some great discussions, swap some ideas, and share my own experiences as we all work to learn and grow.

Hey Jon!  Welcome, I live on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and own three single family homes and one quadplex a little outside of Asheville NC - about two hours from Charlotte!  Would love to talk multi family with you, we just bought the quadplex last year and it is our first venture into multi family!
