Hey BP Community,

My name is Ray. I’m a young man thirsty for the opportunity to become a REI. I don’t have REI experience but I do have experience rehabbing homes. I’m currently attending college majoring in Construction Management. The type of investment I’m considering on doing is Buy & Hold but I’m not against Wholesaling or Fix & Flip. I would appreciate any recommendation to any type of REI for newbie. I’m ready to start absorbing the wealthy knowledge this community has to offer and would be delighted if I can also return the favor to the best of my knowledge.
