Hi everyone,

My wife and I began investing in real estate in DFW in mid-2012 as a team. We are following a buy and hold strategy and now have 3 single family rentals (two in neighboring communities and one 50 miles away in Ft. Worth).

It has been a great experience so far and we look forward to bettering ourselves as investors and landlords. Our short-term goals include doubling our single family portfolio and gaining experience in multifamily as passives in a 50-100 unit deal.

Our roofer mentioned this site recently, and from what I have seen so far, BP appears to be a great community. Glad to be here!

@Carlos Flores Generally our goal is to gain experience through our first deal, preferably a hybrid-type deal in the metroplex around 50-100 units.
