Hey Michael, I actually do have goals. Unfortunately for me what has happened is I am having to re-think the goals I found myself all over the place not really knowing where to start. At this time my priority is finding a local Mentor/Coach to help me better define my goals so I am not spinning my wheels and not using my time wisely. This is the main reason I have joined Bigger Pockets, I have found myself getting overwhelmed with all of the "get rich quick" emails since I started looking into being an investor.

Quote from @Michael Dumler:

@Pam Black, welcome to BiggerPockets! I recommend visiting the forums frequently and attending local REI meet-ups to decipher what successful investors are implementing in their respective markets. As an investor-focused real estate agent, I can tell you first hand the ATL market is hard to break into with current economic conditions and vast competition. To be successful in the investment space you need to be creative and more importantly, have a team that can source your adequate deals. If you have any real estate-related or ATL market-specific questions, feel free to contact me via cell or email (contact info is listed in my bio).

We'll do, thanks Michael
