Hello,

Looking for my first rental investment in the Finger Lakes Region. Specifically, I am located outside of Ithaca. Anyone have any experience in this area? I am relatively new to the area, so I am trying to gain as much information as I can. Ideally, I would like to find a house hacking opportunity. Any help would be appreciated.
