Hello,

Looking for my first rental investment in the Finger Lakes Region. Specifically, I am located outside of Ithaca. Anyone have any experience in this area? I am relatively new to the area, so I am trying to gain as much information as I can. Ideally, I would like to find a house hacking opportunity. Any help would be appreciated.

I am new to the forum and was referenced by Brandon Turner’s book, “The Book on Rental Property Investing.” I have just started it and found it helpful. What other (book, podcast, etc...) sources of information did you find useful? Just starting out and my knowledge is pretty limited.
