Good evening BP, my name is Katlynn! 

I am a freshly licensed (AUG 2022)  agent here in the Atlanta market and I work for NetWorth Realty of Atlanta. . I joined NetWorth Realty (National Wholesale Brokerage) to learn the ins and outs of the real estate investing world, my grandparents have properties all around Georgia and Saint Maarten. My goal is to have properties like them and gain financial freedom. Since working at NetWorth I am now specialized in selling fixer upper in the Atlanta and Metro markets. I have learned so much about real estate investing in these short six months then I ever thought! On a daily basis I get to work with experienced investors, contractors, inspectors, lenders ECT. Everyone has been so helpful in walking me through different processes and I can't wait to learn even more. I hope by then end of this year or beginning of next year I will be ready for my first flip. In the mean time I will continue to build my wholesale business and continue learning more from anyone who will teach me!
