Hello,

My name is Matt. I am a new member from Joliet/Plainfield IL area. I just upgraded to Pro on this site and so far so good. I am starting out in real estate investing and I am doing my research. I own a property preservation company, and I've started to wonder how do I get my hands on the properties that the banks send me to? That is one of the many reasons I am here.
