@Sean. We maintain single family homes. We do grass cuts, remove snow/ice. Make sure the house looks nice inside and out for when it goes up for sale. If there needs to be interior work done we can do that also. Painting, drywall, etc.

Hello,

My name is Matt. I am a new member from Joliet/Plainfield IL area. I just upgraded to Pro on this site and so far so good. I am starting out in real estate investing and I am doing my research. I own a property preservation company, and I've started to wonder how do I get my hands on the properties that the banks send me to? That is one of the many reasons I am here.
