USDA Strategies, Properties, Risks, and Rewards

Hi, my name is Xavier. Just recently visited the Rich Dad Poor Dad's website, and read his book Rich Dad Poor Dad, his pdf on how to take control of your spending and debt.

Recently spoke to a person about a loan and the USDA, I'm not familiar with the proper vocabulary but they help you in the process with the USDA. I just need 2 years of work experience and should be ready to start this gravy train.

I'm still researching and learning about the USDA loan, how to rent, and practicing evaluating properties but I want to get other people's perspectives, opinions, and ideas about using the USDA loan to buy my first property.

I go to school at VCU and I live in Richmond, the USDA doesn't cover homes in the city but in the neighboring cities. Please any other perspectives and ideas about USDA strategies, Properties, Risks, and Rewards please leave a comment in the chat.
