The US dollar will be obsolete and replaced with a trackable token. Every token will be controlled by the government. They'll be able to turn your spending on and off with a flip of a switch. This order was signed behind closed doors on March 9, 2022. Expect to see a centralized dollar in the next year or 2024.

Do real estate agents or mortgage lenders think of making an app that is easy for customers to use to stay in contact with agents, lenders, and the bank? I'm sure it has already happened but did you know that you can secure the title to your house on a secured ledger that can't be controlled, manipulated, or fixed? Have real estate companies thought about creating nfts for their customers?

Hi, my name is Xavier. Just recently visited the Rich Dad Poor Dad's website, and read his book Rich Dad Poor Dad, his pdf on how to take control of your spending and debt.

Recently spoke to a person about a loan and the USDA, I'm not familiar with the proper vocabulary but they help you in the process with the USDA. I just need 2 years of work experience and should be ready to start this gravy train.

I'm still researching and learning about the USDA loan, how to rent, and practicing evaluating properties but I want to get other people's perspectives, opinions, and ideas about using the USDA loan to buy my first property.

I go to school at VCU and I live in Richmond, the USDA doesn't cover homes in the city but in the neighboring cities. Please any other perspectives and ideas about USDA strategies, Properties, Risks, and Rewards please leave a comment in the chat.
