Hello! My name is Davina Potts. I've been on BP for quite some time, and I figured I'd introduce myself since my husband and I are getting deeper into the rental property investment process. My husband and I are both active duty military located in Maryland. We recently bought our first SFH that we turned into a house hack! We're very excited, and we will be saving up the income we receive to help fund our next project next year. We're going to be doing BRRRR in Georgia (our home state).
