My husband and I are currently stationed in Maryland are are looking to complete our first out of state BRRRR in Augusta, GA. We're hoping to use a hard money loan in late March to early April. For those that do and have invested in Augusta, GA, who are your referrals for your core four i.e realtor, contractor, property management, and lender?

Hello! My name is Davina Potts. I've been on BP for quite some time, and I figured I'd introduce myself since my husband and I are getting deeper into the rental property investment process. My husband and I are both active duty military located in Maryland. We recently bought our first SFH that we turned into a house hack! We're very excited, and we will be saving up the income we receive to help fund our next project next year. We're going to be doing BRRRR in Georgia (our home state).
