Hey my name is Rephael and I work for a family owned property management company. We have been growing for the last 2 years and we are looking to continue to grow ! We now manage over 1,000 units! We own half and the other half we third party manage but we treat all of them like our own.

We are always looking to buy new properties or add to our third party management portfolio as well. We are based in Los Angeles California.
