Hey everyone,

I have been lurking for a while, so I thought I would finally step out and introduce myself.

I am a seventeen-year old home schooled senior. I have been interested in real estate investing since my brother started buying a couple rental properties when I was around 10 or 11. I wanted to do the same but thought I would have to build up some cash with a job before I could start. Then I found wholesaling a six months ago and have been researching it ever since.

I hope to be able to wholesale several properties before I graduate and gain some experience. I also hope to build connections with investors and wholesalers all over, but especially in the Columbus market.

Any advice, but specifically advice about starting out young would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,

David

Think BIG but take small actionable steps. Over time the small steps will lead into big results.

Do not grow too big to fast as a few good decisions and years of growth can be wiped out in an instant from a bad investment choice.

Time is on your side.
