New Albuquerque investor/partner
Hey everyone,
My name is David and my family lives in Rio Rancho, NM (Albuquerque area). We're new to the area and see great potential for investing here. Especially with mobile homes or multifamily properties. We're also interested in remote investi ng back in our home state of Utah.
When we say we're new, we mean it. Just started researching real estate investing within the past year and don't know where to start with analyzing properties or financing deals. Any help is appreciated and will be returned in spades once we can tread water!
We look forward to meeting you.

Hi @David Wood
I live in Santa Fe, but own 65 units in Albuquerque.
My advice would be to attend meetups to connect with fellow investors.
I run one in Santa Fe:
Multi-Family Investing for Cash-Flow, Santa Fe Chapter (Santa Fe, NM) | Meetup
You can also consider the ones in Albuquerque:
Investing in Albuquerque Real Estate Meetup (Albuquerque, NM) | Meetup
Apartment Investor Breakfast (Albuquerque, NM) | Meetup
I hope this helps.
