Hello BP, my name is Michael A. Gammage. I’m a full time IT professional from Southern California. I’ve been a licensed California RE Sales Agent since 2003. I do have some knowledge of the RE investment world though CCIM, but NO practical experience. I’m looking to become very strong at buying and holding small to mid size multi-family units and I’m also interested in completing some single family flips.
