Greetings.....again BP community!

I say again because I joined BP a while ago, but I don't think I ever made a New Member post. Bigger Pockets is one of the best services of it's type out there. I know when I've googled real estate investing topics in the past, many times I found Bigger Pockets Post/Forums at or near the top in the search results.

A little about our team, I've been a licensed Realtor for nearly 10 years and have worked with many investors but never invested myself. I've entertained the idea of investing due to the low prices of the properties here, but I've never made serious efforts until now. My wife and partner is learning a lot and is helping us to stay on path. Our immediate focus is bird dogging and assignments, with wholesaling in the near future. We're also interested in creative deal partnering.

Well, I think that should cover a new member introduction, especially for an early morning, pre-Thanksgiving post! Speaking of, I hope you and your families have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!
