Hello, I am new to Bigger Pockets forums. I have decided to become a pro member and use all perks allowed on this platform to continue building a portfolio.

I am in Phoenix, Arizona  looking to invest after owning a few properties. I like the idea of long term buy and hold rental properties that produce consistent cash flow.

While here I am looking to learn and connect with people in my area or people that know my area with tips to acquire more and more property.
