Hello All, My Name is Chervon I am one half of the Phoenix Builder LLC team. Located in the Central Texas area. I am new to investing. For right now I am interested in single family residential properties. I want to focus on the wholesale aspect of investing for right now. I hope to meet some great people in the Centex area or if someone has tips on procuring properties in other areas like Louisiana?
